How to Cook:

Soak dried chilies for half an hour in water until they submerge .

Heat oil in a skillet and sauté cashew and sliced chilies until cashew turns golden brown .

Then add garlic, ginger, and chicken in the skillet and cook until chicken starts getting brown .

Add zucchini and bell pepper and cook for 5 - 7 minutes .

Add oyster and soy sauce to the mixture when the liquid is absorbed in the skillet .

Cook and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is halved and zucchini is cooked .

Ready to serve .
